Frequently Asked Questions

  • How much does it cost?

All of our escape rooms are $25/person.

  • Do I need a reservation?
Yes! We occasionally have same-day availability, but typically weekends book up a week or two in advance, while weekdays usually fill up by that week.

  • What if I can’t make it to my reservation?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or change your reservation, you’ll need to do so at least 24 hours prior to your reservation. After that, we can no longer issue refunds or make changes.

  • How many people can go in a room?
We recommend a max of six players per room. If you have a larger party or corporate group, call ahead or email and we’ll see what we can work out.

  • Can I bring extra people that weren’t on the original reservation?
The more the merrier!  Additional participants can pay at the door.

  • What ages are allowed?
Though we welcome all ages, our rooms are challenging and occasionally creepy (depending on the theme). Some younger children may find the puzzles too frustrating or the rooms too creepy, so use discretion when booking for children.

  • Can my kids go in on their own?
We unfortunately can’t allow anyone under 18 in the rooms without a parent/guardian standing by on-premises. Children 13 and under must have a parent/guardian accompanying them in the room.

  • Will there be other people/groups in the room with us?
No!  We're the only Escape Room around offering private experiences at no extra costs!  Your escape room will be for you and whomever you decide to bring!

  • When should I arrive?
Guests should arrive around 15 minutes early, as there is an introductory session prior to entering the room.

  • Can I bring my cell phone?
Unfortunately, we can’t allow certain personal items in the rooms. Those are cell phones, cameras, e-cigarettes, lighters, pocket knives, firearms, multi-tools, personal flashlights, and any food or drink.
We provide lockboxes for securing any of these personal items.

  • Do I need to bring anything?
Just your enthusiasm! We provide any items or supplies that might be needed in the room.

  • What should I wear?
We recommend comfortable clothes, as there may be kneeling or crouching. If you have any specific questions about what you should or shouldn’t wear, feel free to give us a call or email!

  • Is there a lot of physical activity involved?
There may be some crouching and searching involved, so a reasonable amount of mobility is necessary , but nothing will require any physical exertion.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any parties that show up intoxicated, without refund.
Violation of guidelines may result in the termination of a party’s session, without refund.
